Our sole mission is proclaiming Christ to all people. Making them know the goodness of God and enjoining them to the group of believers. In baptism, we become one family of Christ and Children of God.

"... On that day you will understand that I am in my Father and you in me and I in you." We are enjoined the family of God when we embrace Christ. This comes with a responsibility of becoming like God the father and son whose image we bear

"Anybody who receives my commandments and keeps them will be one who loves me, and anybody who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I shall love him and show myself to him." Our relationship with the father and son is that of mutual respect and co existence. Not that the father and son gain anything from it, but all for our own gain.

Today Jesus assures us that there is a place for us. Actually he declares that he is going to prepare this place for us, the moment it is ready, He will come for us.

He imprints this message in our hearts, ... ‘I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one can come to the Father except through me. If you know me, you know my Father too. From this moment you know him and have seen him.’ In Him, there is the fullness of truth and the way to the father.

...The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come so that they may have life and have it to the full.

Jesus the true shepherd is among us. In Him we are guaranteed eternal life. The gate that leads us to the father. May we embrace this gate, not the very many that show up in false pretence.

After the resurrection of the Lord, even those who were with Jesus seem to doubt. Despite appearing to quite a number of them, they still don't believe, and for those whom he appeared to, do not recognize him. They are giving narrations like any other person about Him, as though it were hearsay.

Here at the encounter, that's when they remembered, ... ‘Did not our hearts burn within us as he talked to us on the road and explained the scriptures to us?’ they started relating.

Yes, He is risen, but do you recognize him in your life or you're still waiting for a sign?

Today the second Sunday of Easter, we celebrate the Divine mercy of God. That going back to Him with humble and hearts purity of hearts, the world will gain the tranquility it seeks for.
.. Jesus came and stood among them. He said to them, ‘Peace be with you’, and showed them his hands and his side. The disciples were filled with joy when they saw the Lord, and he said to them again, ‘Peace be with you.

At the moment, some parts of the world are in Chaos, arms up against each other. The brotherhood and sisterhood that was ain't there anymore. May we preach the peace that Christ has left us with. It is never easy, it will not be easy but with our united voices, Peace will prevail.
