A surfboard hanging on a wall may be beautiful, but that’s not what it was made for. 🏄‍♂️

In the same way, God has shaped each of us with plans, intentions, and purposes.

Jesus calls us the salt of the earth because our lives are meant to be active participants in His Kingdom, bringing goodness, hope, and the reality of heaven into the world around us.

When we step into that purpose, we become people who bring heaven to earth.

We can’t wait to see you at church! 🙌

️☕️ Join us at 9am or 11am. Doors open & coffee is brewing 30 minutes before the hour. We’ll also be serving iced coffee on the Patio! Port City Kids opens 15 minutes before the hour.

🩵 We’ll have some fun ways to celebrate the dads, granddads, and father figures in our church. Join us before or after our gatherings for snacks, games, and photo opportunities for the whole family!

📝 We will continue our new teaching series studying the Sermon on the Mount, “The Way That Leads To Life.” We encourage you to bring your Bible and something to take notes with.

When we align our hearts with the heart of God, things begin to change:

We begin to grieve what grieves Him.
Our hearts begin to long for wholeness.
We develop a hunger for our world to know mercy, justice, and peace.

And as that longing grows, we don’t just look for signs of hope… we become people who bring hope into the world around us.

This is the invitation of Jesus.
This is the way that leads to life.

The goal of the Church has never been uniformity.
It’s unity.

The early church was made up of people with different backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and stories, yet they were deeply devoted to Jesus and to one another.

In a culture that often tells us to separate from those who think differently, Jesus' invitation is to move closer, to listen, to learn, and to love.

What if our differences aren’t obstacles to overcome, but gifts that help us better see what God is doing among us?
