Covenant Church Covenant Church is Family Focused, Biblically Sound, Mission Minded, and Disciple Making Church Our goal, at Covenant Church, is simple.

Covenant Church is a non-denominational community based church located in Wilmington NC. We welcome people into our close and intimate family. We teach the truth of God’s Word by walking through scripture verse by verse. We equip people to share what God is doing in their lives. We do all of this so we can glorify God by reaching Wilmington for the kingdom of Christ. Please join us on Sunday, and if we are not the right church for you, then we we help you find the right church for you!

Reflection on the sermon from Sunday.
Our hope isn’t a fragile wish but an unshakable anchor plunged into the holy of holies. Unlike the high priest who entered God’s presence briefly once a year, Jesus secured our hope permanently behind the curtain as our eternal forerunner. This anchor doesn’t just stabilize us—it tethers us to the throne room itself, where Christ’s priesthood transcends earthly limitations. The holy of holies, once inaccessible, now holds our deepest assurance.
Hebrews 6:19–20 “We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain, where Jesus has gone as a forerunner on our behalf, having become a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.”
Where does your life feel storm-tossed? How might anchoring your hope in Christ’s finished work—not your performance—steady your soul today?
