Happy Labor Day, everyone!
We had a beautiful Sunday at Unity of Louisville yesterday! Rev. Dr. Gerry Boylan shared a powerful message on spiritual alchemy and JC Reedy sang our special music, with a little help from Jody Held. It was a wonderful way to spend Sunday together! We hope you had a beautiful Labor Day weekend!

Let’s try this self compassion practice that Rev. Dr. Gerry Boylan spoke about this past Sunday: the next time someone gives you a compliment, simply let yourself receive it. No excuses. No brushing it off. Just pause and allow the love, blessing, or kind words to wash over you.

We don’t have to be perfect or have everything figured out to open our hearts to what is being given to us!

Allow yourself to receive. Allow yourself to heal. Allow yourself to flow with the love and grace around you.

Yesterday here at Unity of Louisville, Rev. Dr. Gerry Boylan shared a message about finding joy even as we move through sorrow. Janet and Lisa Essenpreis filled the room with beautiful special music, and we celebrated the women who attended last weekend’s Women’s Retreat. It was a joyful Sunday filled with music and community. We’d love to have you join us next Sunday. There’s always a place for you here!
