At Christ Church, we believe that love—
the love God has for us and the love we have for each other—
can bridge the often hidden and sometimes painful gap
between the life we have and the life God created us to experience. We believe God has invited us into a significant life built on Christ’s love. It’s a life where we experience God’s love in each other
and we share God’s love with each other. I

t’s significant because God’s love matters—it changes everything. It makes a flesh-and-blood difference in times of brokenness and pain. Let’s allow God’s love to infuse every part of our lives. And through it, we’ll experience hope for ourselves

On this day in 1955, the new Indian Hills Methodist Church first met at the Masonic Home on Frankfort Avenue. That group would soon merge with the venerable Broadway Methodist Church to form Christ Methodist Church, breaking ground on Brownsboro Road in 1956.
