𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗞𝗶𝘀𝘄𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆

One of the dangers of backsliding is that it slowly pulls a believer away from God and back into the old life.
When a person backslides:
• Pride begins to take root.
• Prayer becomes less important.
• Old sinful habits begin to return.
• Quarrelling and strife increase.
• Spiritual sensitivity decreases.
The message of the Cross may seem foolish to those who are perishing, but to those who are being saved, it is the power of God.
No matter how wise the world may appear, God has made the wisdom of this world foolishness.
The safest place for a believer is to remain close to God, humble before Him, resist the Devil, and he will flee from you.
