The covenant we have with God is an appropriatory covenant. It means it’s not just going to jump on you, you have to go and claim it. It is those who understand it, internalize it, assimilate it, stretch faith and go collect it that receive it.

Salvation is made available for the whole world. The whole world has the opportunity to believe in Jesus. But because the covenant is appropriatory, not everybody will see Him. It is only those that appropriate it by faith. So is everything in the Kingdom of God.

The fact that Jesus has done it means we now have the opportunity to get it. But the opportunity to get it does not mean you’ll get it. This is why we fast, pray and go for deliverance. Because the spiritual world is a legal world.

Even though it is done if you, if you don't go do the legal things, nothing will happen to you even though it is done.
