Maranatha Community Church Love God passionately; influence people positively to know & love Him. Maranatha is a contemporary, dynamic church with a focus on loving God and loving people.

We have 3 identical services every Sunday at 8am, 10am & 5:30pm. We welcome people of all ages, races, genders and levels of faith and invite you to come along and join us on our journey to becoming all that God created us to be!

Dissatisfaction leads to jealousy, jealousy leads to coveting and coveting leads to temptation.

Dissatisfaction – Jealousy – Coveting – Temptation.

The enemy knows when we become dissatisfied in an area, it opens us up to a host of destructive things.

Contentment isn’t about your circumstances, it’s about your spirit.
Philippians 4:11-12 “I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.”

If you’ll do what you can, then God will do what you can’t!

James 2:20 “Faith without corresponding actions is dead.”

Isaiah 40:31 “Those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”

Psalm 31:15 “God, my times are in your hands…”

God can restore the years the locusts have eaten. What are you trusting God for? Whether you’re waiting for restoration, breakthrough, healing, a relationship, or a promise to be fulfilled, the question isn’t if we’ll wait, but how we’ll wait. This week we’re challenged to move from simply believing to expecting. Because faith isn’t passive; it prepares us for what God is going to do.

God never promised that we wouldn’t experience any difficulties or troubles, but He has promised to make good come out of it and to restore what we’ve lost.
God is so merciful, whether it was your fault, somebody else’s fault or just life in general, He says He’s not only going to bring you out but He’s going to bring you out better than you were before.

When we go through a tough time it’s easy to get discouraged and to settle where we are, but this is what faith is all about!
Faith is believing even when you can’t see it.
Faith is thanking God in advance, even when you feel like complaining.
