God still uses the depressed, the anxious, and the addicted.

In this powerful message, Dr. Quinton Moss reminds us that we are not thrown away. We are not disqualified. Our struggles do not cancel God’s purpose for our lives.
In fact, God has a way of meeting us in our weakness and showing His strength right there. When we feel empty, overwhelmed, or unsure of how we will make it to the next place of wellness, God is still present. God is still powerful. God is still able to use us.

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9
There is still purpose in you. There is still promise in you. God is not finished.

Kindness is moving through The Heights!

Each act, whether big or small, reminds us that love is not just something we say, it is something we show. From encouraging words to helping hands, these stories are a beautiful reminder that God can use everyday moments to lift someone’s spirit.

As Hebrews 10:24 reminds us, “Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good deeds.”

We want to keep sharing the kindness happening at LHMBC and throughout the community! Have you shown kindness to someone this week? Has someone shown kindness to you? Share your act of kindness with us so we can continue celebrating the ways Love Lives at The Heights.

Forgiveness does not mean forgetting what happened. It does not mean pretending the hurt was not real. It does not mean giving someone permission to harm you again.
Forgiveness is about learning how to remember differently. It is about refusing to let pain keep reopening the same wound or block you from the new opportunities God has placed in front of you.
Sometimes the healing begins when we stop carrying what was never meant to control us.
