Please join us in congratulating our newest members who have successfully completed New Members Training! 🎉

We are grateful that God has led them to the Mt. Zion Baptist Church family. During this training, they learned more about our church, our beliefs, our ministries, and what it means to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ.

We celebrate this important milestone and look forward to seeing all that God will do in and through their lives as they continue their journey of faith.

Welcome to the Mt. Zion family! We are excited to grow, worship, serve, and fellowship together.

"So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of God's household." — Ephesians 2:19

Mental Health Awareness Sunday 2026 💚

We were honored to welcome Elder Rosalind Smith as our guest speaker for Mental Health Awareness Sunday. Thank you for sharing a powerful message of hope, healing, and wholeness.

At Mt. Zion, we believe that God cares for our minds, bodies, and spirits. Together, we are breaking the stigma and encouraging one another on the journey toward healing.

On 5th Sunday, during our Youth Sunday Worship Service, we took time to celebrate and recognize the academic achievements of our youth. We honored their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence in their studies.

As a church family, we offered words of encouragement and presented each youth with a special gift as a token of our love, support, and appreciation. We wanted them to know that Mt. Zion is proud of their accomplishments and is committed to encouraging them as they continue to grow academically, spiritually, and personally.

We congratulate all of our students on their achievements and encourage them to keep up the good work as they pursue the plans God has for their lives. "Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers..." (1 Timothy 4:12).

Today was a beautiful and blessed day at Mt. Zion Baptist Church as we celebrated the Baby Dedication of Andrew Graham.

We thank God for this precious gift and for the opportunity to stand together as a church family in prayer, love, and support for Andrew and his family. As Scripture reminds us:

“Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from Him.” — Psalm 127:3

A special thank you to Pastor KZ Smith for officiating the dedication and for bringing a powerful word from the Lord.

Please continue to keep Andrew and the Graham family in your prayers as we ask God to cover, guide, and strengthen him throughout his life.
