Last Thursday, we had the privilege of hosting renowned NT scholar (and proud Carolina dad!) Dr. Michael Kruger for a public lecture examining the origins and reliability of the four canonical Gospels.

Dr. Kruger laid out how Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John can be trusted because 1) They are the earliest gospel accounts we have 2) They have a credible connection to the apostles 3) They lack the legendary embellishments of later gospels and 4) They were recognized as authoritative at a very early date.

Dr. Kruger also has an entire video series for college students called ‘Surviving Religion 101’ that is available for free online! The link to that is in our bio for those wanting to hear more.
