We’ve got quite the team for next year!!!

PCM and the mountains? It just makes sense! We spent the past weekend in the lovely Fairview, NC just outside of Asheville. Mil led thoughtful and intense programming titled Abide, Risk, Go. We talked a lot about the state of the world and how we are called as children of God to make a difference, but how big of a step are we called to make? Should we really sell all our belongings move across the sea? What about what we can do locally?

PCM wrestled with these kids of hard questions while also playing lots of games, spending time in the woods, and generally getting away for a while. Also, there was a bear sighting!

PCM Spring Break 2026: Cumberland Island!

“I had such a great time on Cumberland Island and in Savannah this spring break!! I’m always looking for the opportunity to spend time outside, and this gave me four and a half days off the grid where I could truly relax and explore. We had so much fun, full of laughter and inside jokes, but meaningful conversations about life and scripture, too.” - Zez Tucker

PCM had fun this weekend at our annual Broomball game!

PCM led UPC in worship this Sunday, discussing the Transfiguration of the Lord with senior preachers Satchel Walton, Grace Kromke, Nikki Byrne, AP Lancaster, Scott Groome, and Courtney Parrish.

We also had PCM students on all liturgy, music, and even greeting and ushering! It was a full morning of joy and fellowship as we joined each other for a post-service lunch with students and families.

PCM spent this weekend in Montreat exploring what it means to experience God’s Joy and to be joyful in times when that often feels unreachable. The weekend featured small groups, joint worship, song, dance, early-morning hikes, and lots and lots of late-night board games!

This Thursday PCM celebrated the end of the semester and the coming holiday season with our annual Thanksgiving with the Board (feat. the Dessert Competition!!!) It was a night of fellowship as we ate together, sang and danced together, and recognized that we have a lot to be thankful for, here at PCM.

PCM had a fantastic four days of fellowship as we were joined by five classes of alumni, going all the way back to 2021! PCM Alumni joined us at program, Friday night for dinner, tailgated before the football game on Saturday, and worshiped with us on Sunday! Thank you for coming, Alumni! We love you!
