Today, we celebrate the Solemnity of St. Joseph, Husband of the Blessed Virgin Mary—a man of quiet strength, faithful love, and unwavering trust in God.

In him, we find a father who protects, guides, and leads us closer to Christ. As we journey through our own uncertainties, may we learn to trust as he did, love as he did, and surrender to God’s plan with courage.

About Lent: Turning our Hearts to HIM.

Lent gently reminds us to return to the heart, that quiet and hidden place within us where God is already waiting. Prayer is not about saying the perfect words or following the perfect method. It is about entering the place where our real thoughts, struggles, hopes and decisions live within our hearts. Each of us is invited to meet God there honestly and personally.

The beautiful thing about prayer is that there is no single “right” way to do it. Each of us has our own way of speaking with God. Some pray with words, some in silence, some while journaling, walking or sitting quietly before Him. No one method is better than another. What matters is simply turning our hearts toward Him this Lent. 🙏✨

What is Love, actually?

Every time we hear about another scandal or another marriage falling apart, something in us quietly asks: Is love even worth it anymore?

We’re surrounded by loud, shiny versions of love — extravagant dates, intense emotions, jealousy dressed up as passion. Reality TV and social media sell us a story where drama equals depth. But deep down, we know… love built on hype, attraction alone, or constant excitement doesn’t last.

The love that truly never fails is the love we see on the Cross. It’s not just a feeling, it’s a daily choice, shaped by patience, kindness, and faithfulness. It’s not self-seeking. It’s the kind of love that stays when things get hard, gives when it costs, and perseveres when walking away would be easier.

That’s the love we’re called to live out. It won’t be perfect, but it’s worth choosing again and again. A love that’s real. A love that holds, heals, and draws us closer to one another and closer to God.
