Work days and hours - Full-time (Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00)
Contract - Permanent

Purpose & Objectives
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support plans to establish Alpha in Kenya by driving digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO, email, & social media. Working under the National Director, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing strategy & campaigns, developing content & resources for churches, organisations, & events.

Key Responsibilities
Manage social media platforms and Kenya websites.
Create and repurpose multimedia content (graphics, video, blogs, email).
Gather and craft impact stories; manage interviews and filming.
Collaborate with teams for high-quality communications.
Drive youth engagement and evangelism initiatives.
Plan and execute campaigns and events.
Monitor and optimise digital marketing performance (ROI, KPIs).
Manage social media ads and budgets.
Respond to social media queries promptly.
Stay updated on trends and recommend new strategies.
