It was a wonderful occasion on Sunday when several of the team were at the Cathedral to support Debra, our wonderful Family Worker and her colleagues as they were commissioned.

Opening today - ENOUGH! An installation that invites us to pause, reflect, and consider the human cost of conflict.

Enough? by artist Isabel Knowland will be on display in the Dean's Chapel from 16 October to 5 November 2026. Featuring 260 figures representing an estimated 65,000 lives lost, the installation seeks to help us comprehend the devastating scale of human suffering caused by war and asks a simple but profound question: How many lives must be lost before a route to peace is found?

Inspired by the conflicts in Gaza and Ukraine, Enough? is a powerful and moving work that speaks to the universal impact of war on civilians and communities.
