Pray for this group of ladies as they serve in Uganda over the next week.
🇺🇬 Our Northern Ireland Team Has Arrived Safely in Uganda! 🇺🇬
We are delighted to share that our wonderful team of ladies from Northern Ireland have arrived safely in Uganda! 💜
Over the coming days, they will be working alongside the dedicated staff and teen mums at Wamukisa Youth Centre, sharing fellowship, encouragement and the love of Jesus.
A great deal of preparation has gone into planning activities to teach God’s Word through Bible stories, creative activities and crafts. We pray these times will bring joy, build relationships and help plant seeds of faith and hope in young hearts. 📖🎨
📚 Training for Our Teachers
The team will also be providing training for teachers using the new booklets received from Bible Educational Services, through the work of Stevie Walls. This is a wonderful opportunity to equip and encourage our teachers as they continue to share biblical truths and help children grow in their understanding of God’s Word.
🛡️ Safeguarding Training
Another important part of the visit will be safeguarding training for staff at both the Centre and the school. This will help ensure staff are up to date with current policies and good practice, strengthening our commitment to providing a safe, caring and supportive environment for the young mums, their babies and all the children in our school.
We are thankful for the commitment of these ladies, the preparation behind this visit, and the opportunity to work together in serving others.
Please join us in praying for the team, the staff, the teen mums and the children — that God will guide every activity, bless every conversation and bring encouragement to all.
Bringing Hope & Healing through the love of Jesus. 💜🙏
