Welcome to term 3 of the school year. Southern Wolves Scout group put their hands together, with scouts teaching scouts. Showing their leadership skills with instructing and pioneering.

The Cubs learnt about camping. They eagerly helped each other set up a tent. It was great to see how they assisted each other.

The Southern Wolves scout group wrapped up the term and exams with a laid-back evening of board games and snacks, marking a fitting conclusion. Meanwhile, our Cubs had an enjoyable end-of-term celebration, learning about fire initiation and safety. They proceeded to create a campfire, sing campfire tunes, and indulge in roasted marshmallows. The second term is drawing to a close, and with exams in full swing for many of our troop and cubs, the southern wolves decided to cook up some soup and pizza. This activity provided a great way to unwind. Congratulations are in order for the culinary team; the pizzas were impressive, and the potato and leek soup, with its distinct garlic and herb flavor accompanied by a slight kick, was delightful.

The Southern Wolves Scout Group cubs were pleasantly surprised to receive pizza as a reward for their diligent efforts in earning bones. Well done, cubs.

The scouts participated in a hands-on experience with planting and gained knowledge about frost-hardy plants, compost, and mulching.
