E-Mission Ministries - Scripture for the Week E-Mission ministries is an evangelistic mission whose is to share the good news to the nations.

Scripture for the Week was originally an email compaign created in the late 90's and God has opened doors for expansion to social media and internet radio.

I had an opportunity to preach at our church this Sunday from Romans 5:1-2. Personally, I was challenged by how to respond to being declared righteous by God (justified); the correct response is an intentional desire to be more Christlike through the power of the Holy Spirit (sanctification).

Matthew 16:24-26 - The Comfortable or Convenient Gospel. There is a cost to being a disciple of Jesus. Many want all the benefits of the relationship with God but with none of commitment that it calls for.
