Every moment of a baptism is filled with meaning. My heart is always especially happy when the congregation gathers around the person receiving baptism to lay hands and offer a blessing. It's an image of a community making a commitment to the individual and one another to continue the journey of faith together. We celebrated on Sunday with a baptism and a new member!
