The Chapel at Seaside

The Chapel at Seaside From all of us that call this place home, you are welcome here. Sunday morning worship services are held at 10 a.m. CST online and in person. In its cleanness.

The bell’s toll beckons the congregation. It clangs inside a simple tower rising almost seven stories above the trees and grass and sandy paths at the northernmost point of the community. The nondenominational Seaside Interfaith Chapel, the tallest building in town, welcomes believers of all faiths. The design is breathtaking in its simplicity. Its steeply pitched roof shelters the board and batte

n wood walls and heart pine floors. The abundance of windows invites the light from dawn until dusk. Seems fitting that the highest point in Seaside towers above those seeking higher power. Service information: Non-denominational services are held Sundays at 10 a.m.

There are two phrases that can change everything...

Remember There are two phrases that show up over and over again throughout Scripture. The first is “Do not fear.” Again and again, God reminds his people that with him, we do not have to live in fear. As it says in 1 John, perfect love casts out fear. The second phrase is “Remember.” The anc...

This Lent, our prayer is simple: that you would encounter Christ in a deeper way. 🕊️ Through Scripture, prayer, and reflection, may this season draw your heart closer to Him.

Follow along with our Lent study (link in bio) and begin preparing your heart for what’s ahead. And as Holy Week approaches, mark your calendars and invite your friends and family to join us for these sacred services.

March is almost here, and we’d love to worship with you this weekend at The Chapel. Join us and choose between two identical services at 8:30 or 10:00 AM.

This Sunday, we’ll also be sharing in communion at 9:35 AM, between services. Whether you conclude your morning with communion after the early service or arrive a little early before the 10:00 to participate, you are welcome here! We practice an open table, meaning all who desire to receive are invited.

Stay a few extra minutes, come a little early, share in this sacred tradition, and connect with our church family. And yes, coffee from Modica will be waiting between services. ☕️

We can’t wait to see you!

We are entering Uncharted territory.

This Sunday we begin something new. New things can be scary. Uncharted. Unknown. In ancient maps, when cartographers illustrated what they knew, what had been discovered, they drew the land, the water, the topography, the geography. But when they reached portions not yet explored, places unknown or....

Today is Ash Wednesday, the start of the Lenten journey. 🖤

It was from dust and dirt that God breathed life into Adam. Over these next 40 days, let's allow God to breathe life into us again and again as we draw from His deep, limitless well of grace.

We invite you to enter this season with us - remembering, repenting, and returning to the Lord. Join us tonight for our Ash Wednesday service at 6 PM - We can't wait for this time of worship as we prepare our hearts for Easter.

Sorry for multiple messages...we just don't want any confusion.
The shuttles that were scheduled to run this morning…are not running.

So if you were planning to hop on a shuttle to get to Seaside, that plan is a no go for today.

The good news? With the race canceled, there’s plenty of parking and the roads are open. No weaving through runners. No roadblocks. Just a straight shot in.

We know the weather is doing its on-again, off-again thing, with storms popping in and out throughout the morning. So please do what feels wise and safe for you. No gold stars for braving lightning or winds.

We’ll be here at 10am CST if you’re able to join us in person. And if not, worship with us online (our site, our page, our YouTube page)...pajama church is still church this morning.
And if you do come, I am wearing a sweatshirt and joggers...so...

See you one way or another.

Blessings,

Andrew

Hello friends, As you’ve probably heard by now, due to the incoming weather, Seaside made the call to cancel the half marathon this weekend. (You can read the official message they sent at the bottom of this email.) I know. Deep breaths. While we won’t be lining up at the starting line tomorrow,...
