By God's grace and all for his glory, Redeemer Presbyterian Church exists to worship God's greatness, grow in Gospel freedom and extend God's Kingdom in San Antonio and beyond. Redeemer Church entered into this culturally rich and dynamic city in the summer of 2002 eager to share the ancient, yet timeless message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. ut sharing a message, doing better or being nicer, but about God’s renovation of the whole of our lives—giving us a new focus for worship, new fuel for life and new purpose for the future. Our desire then, as is now, is to lovingly embrace and support the people and culture of San Antonio, not alienate or condemn. We see the needs and problems of our city as opportunities for service and sacrifice, not problems to overlook or abandon. Toward that end, Redeemer seeks to engage San Antonio's business, university, professional, medical and art communities in the hopes of seeing resources and people redirected by the love of Christ in order to bless the wider city. We desire to be a place of healing for those burn-out and wounded by the world and the church. We work hard to build bridges among the various ethnicities present in our city so that the Gospel's transforming message may touch more lives.

Join Redeemer Women’s Ministry for Summer Book Club 2026! We will read through 2 books this summer, and you may choose one or both if you like. We will gather for discussion on two evenings this summer. We will discuss "When Parents Feel Like Failures" by Lauren Whitman on June 16 and "Dark Clouds, Deep Mercy" by Mark Vroegop on July 21. This will be a casual time of discussion and fellowship, and we encourage you to come whether or not you have had time to read the book. Attend one night or come for both! Books will be available for purchase in the church foyer.
