We have been so Blessed to spend these last 6 days in community with over 100 members of our 2025 LIFE session two students, mods and staff. We’ve been formed and commissioned and are ready to bring home an enlivened spirit to lead and serve those at our own institutions and neighborhoods. We can’t wait to see what these groups do this school year!

Day 5 brought us closer to our Mission of sharing Christ’s love with all those around us. We heard from Pulse members as they shared ways to support those in need around us, talked with our journey partners for the final time and left our mark on this year’s banner. We have written our community mission statements and are ready to be sent forth to serve our home LIFE communities.

On Day 4 our Session 2 LIFErs walked with Mary on their leadership journey, experienced and practiced various prayer and ministry practices, brought their peers into the Light of Christ, and asked Mother Mary to guide us to follow her path of saying “yes”. We move on to our last full day as we prepare to take all we’ve learned home!

Day 3 was packed with continued community building, a look at our relationship with God and those around us, sharing in the Eucharist, diving deeper into our own faith journeys and asking for forgiveness through Reconciliation. We are Blessed to be able to say we aren’t done yet and have several more days to continue growing deeper as People of Faith.

After a late night pizza delivery and airport run, all of LIFE session 2 students have arrived! Day 2 brought community building, seeing God in each other, identifying leadership strengths and offering up our barriers to God at Adoration. The Blessings continue as we move into day 3.

On day 1, our LIFE session 2 students finally arrived with an enthusiastic welcome from none other than our very own Fr. Chaminade! They practiced inclusivity and shared in their first Mass together. Their evening ended with a reminder to be a Blessing and spread the light of Christ in all they say and do.

It’s hard to believe, but our LIFE Session 2 moderators have been commissioned and are ready to welcome students tomorrow! We are truly Blessed to share this program with all of our students, staff and mods!
