💛Why Pittsburgh?
The reason I chose Pittsburgh was because I knew I wanted to go on a mission trip and Pittsburgh was the one God was leading me too.

🤩What are you most excited for?
I’m most excited getting closer to the people here in Pittsburgh and the team.

🙏What are you praying for God to do in and through you this summer?
What I’m praying for is that God grows me into the person he wants me to be with his dreams and plans for me.

💛Why Pittsburgh?
I have lived in Pennsylvania my whole life so I decided I wanted to serve and be in a church not far from home since I don’t have one in my hometown. I knew God wanted me to go here after a lot of affirmation from others and in my own prayer time. I wanted to experience how the Lord can do great work anywhere we go, especially if we pray for Him to do so.

🤩What are you most excited for?
I’m most excited to serve in the church and see what a church plant is like. I hope to see the Lord moving in the people I meet not because of my words but because of His words through me and my team. I hope to see many people in Pittsburgh come to Christ and to expand the Kingdom of God.

🙏What are you praying for God to do in and through you this summer?
I’m praying for boldness to share the gospel and the confidence from the Holy Spirit that He has given me the wisdom and knowledge I need to do so wherever I go. I also pray for a stronger desire to be intimate with the Lord. I hope to find more clarity on my future job and where I want to go after college.

💛Why Pittsburgh?
I have never lived out of South Carolina before so Pittsburgh being a huge place very foreign is just the place God has called me in order to embrace fully a surrendered life to him and for him to show me my reliance on him alone for my strength.

🤩What are you most excited for?
I’m most excited to see God show up in ways I can’t imagine like everyday tasks that seem typical, and seeing everybody grow in their faith and callings from day 1 to 28.

🙏What are you praying for God to do in and through you this summer?
I pray that God would show me what it looks like to live daily in outreach for his gospel, not just in the big events that we put on. I also pray God leads me to clarity and passions/burdens for how I can serve him in ministry.

💛Why Pittsburgh?
The reason I chose Pittsburgh was because when I originally started making plans for the summer, I was so excited about possibly doing an internship that aligned with my major. Then, it felt as though the Lord was leading me away from that idea and instead toward serving on a mission trip. I was unsure of what to do, but once I learned about Pittsburgh and the mission of the trip, it felt as though the Lord made it deeply clear where I was meant to be this summer.

🤩What are you most excited for?
I am most excited to see how the Lord’s plans play out this summer and who He has planned for us to reach, grow with, and serve!

🙏What are you praying for God to do in and through you this summer?
I am praying over how the Lord plans to work through me this summer. I pray that He uses me to reach lost people in Pittsburgh, that His light would shine through me for others to see, and that they would develop the same eagerness to know Him for themselves!
