It's the middle of the year so it's time to check in with yourself! Try these 3️⃣ questions:

1) What area of your life keeps getting your attention, but not your transformation?
2) What part of your life feels like it's on repeat in a way that sounds like a broken record?
3) If nothing changed in this area by next year, would that be acceptable to you?

Maybe you've read the books, listened to the podcasts, journaled and thought about it countless times. But you know the patterns and blind spots are still there. Maybe it's time to see things from a different lens.
