Our Annual Missions Fest is in September with the theme “Celebrating Missions” and you’re invited! We’ll be having a visiting missionary preach in both services, and during Community Hour from 9:45am-10:45am in the Gathering Place we’ll be hosting over a dozen of our mission partners from local ministries and around the world. We’ll have cupcakes and party atmosphere, hygiene kits to assemble for Wheeler Mission, and a trivia scavenger hunt to learn more about what our mission partners do and what it looks like for them to expand the Kingdom in their ministry context.

This is for all ages so Next Gen classes will be paused that week (nursery care still provided) so kids and families can deepen their love for missions!

On June 28th Pastor Glen preached from Psalm 34, a psalm in which David reflects on how God delivered him from danger. The passage illustrates that oftentimes when we are in the middle of struggle we have difficulty understanding what God is doing, but later we can see His hand with us.

Sunday the 30th is a very special day! Join us at 10am for a combined One Church service where we’ll worship as a whole congregation, enjoying elements of both traditional and contemporary worship. Bring something to share for the pitch-in after!

Then come back in the evening for a worship night in the Worship Center! This is a service designed to offer extended musical worship as well as opportunities for reflection and prayer. A great way for our church to be that much more rooted in community and worship of Christ!

We might be back to school, but mentally we’re still at Holiday World! At the end of the summer our youth took a day trip to a local amusement park to enjoy some recreation and friendship.

Want to get connected? Our youth meet every Sunday night at the church from 6-8pm, it’s always a good time to jump in!
