What We Want East Dallas to Know About Us:
We believe that Dallas doesn’t necessarily need more card-carrying Christians; what Dallas needs are more people who are living like Jesus. We believe that commitment to faith in Jesus isn’t a finish line: it’s the starting line, and the subsequent life of faith is about God’s gracious work to change us from the heart outward. We believe that being a Christian ought to mean that you are becoming more courageous and less fearful, more generous and less greedy, and more about reconciliation and less racist. We believe that there is no one whose life disqualifies him or her from beginning to follow Jesus; we also believe that there is no part of our lives that Jesus isn’t asking us to turn over to his Lordship.

MungerKids is hosting Family Night Out on Friday, November 13, and we're giving you three whole hours to yourself!

Plan a date night, get a head start on Christmas shopping, grab dinner with friends, or just enjoy a little peace and quiet. Whatever you choose, we've got the kids covered!

While you're out, your littles will enjoy an evening full of games, snacks, and fun with our MungerKids team. All ages are welcome!

The good news? God is still writing our story.

By the end of Nehemiah, the walls had been rebuilt, but the people were still making mistakes. Their story wasn't finished, and neither is ours.

We are all works in progress, and God's grace gives us room to keep growing, learning, and becoming who He created us to be.

Just because the work isn't finished doesn't mean God isn't working.

The book of Nehemiah reminds us that even after incredible progress, setbacks can happen. But our failures don't have to define our future. God is still shaping us, restoring us, and calling us forward.
