Your Participation Matters. Please Make Plans To Vote on October 25 and 26.

Voting is in person only at our Mockingbird campus—at the Tolleson Family Activity Center. The resolution requires a simple majority of the votes cast by eligible members voting in person on October 25–26 to be “Yes” votes in order to pass. Members will be voting "Yes" or "No." Members who do not participate in the vote will not be counted as voting “Yes” or “No.” Only votes cast by eligible members voting in person will be counted.

The Tolleson Center offers ADA-accessible voting for individuals with mobility challenges. For those who are unable to exit their vehicle or enter the building, additional accommodations are available on Sunday, October 25, from 3 pm–5 pm. Please email [email protected] to discuss other special ADA-assistance needs in advance.

HPUMC’s Restoration Ministry and United Methodist Women came together for this year's Restore Her Benefit Luncheon: Women Helping Women. The luncheon, held in observance of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, supports HPUMC Restoration Ministry’s work to promote recovery, prevent abuse, and intervene in areas of domestic abuse. We were honored to welcome Genesis Women’s Shelter CEO Jan Langbein and Dallas City Council Member Gay Donnell Willis as this year’s speakers. Thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to support this important work. Together, we can help bring hope and healing to our community.

This past Sunday, our HPUMC sixth-grade Confirmands joined us for Confirmation Serving Sunday! They served as acolytes in the Sanctuary, helped with communion in Cornerstone, and gathered to assemble care packages for our community outreach partners.
