Every Tuesday at 5:30pm, we serve a free dinner to our food & shelter-insecure neighbors. Volunteers arrive around 4:00/4:30pm. Diversey Pkwy, Chicago, IL 60614.

501(c)(3) status Every Tuesday, 3-10 volunteers are needed to help prepare, pack, and serve 50-60 meals outside for our guests to pick up curbside. We start serving the dinners at 5:30pm and we're usually done by 6:15pm. To volunteer, sign up under the Events tab or send us a message. We gladly welcome donations of food (must serve 50+ people) and cases of bottled water. The cost of weekly dinners is approximately $300, so financial donations towards the dinners are much appreciated. Checks can be mailed to Dignity Diner, 925 W. The time has come for the 2nd Annual Dignity Diner Bash!!

🕡 6:30pm doors open, prize winners announced at 8:30pm

🎟️ No ticket required! Just RSVP to our Save the Date linked in bio!
🍻 Cash bar
🍕 Free pizza
🌟 Lots of door prizes to be won! A trip to Puerto Vallarta, a sailboat ride, plenty of restaurant gift cards, and much more!

It’s Tuesday and you know what that means!!! Come support us in-person any Tuesday by volunteering during our dinner service. Volunteers are welcome anytime between 3:45-7pm, no sign up necessary!

🥗3:45-5: Setup and salad/fruit prep
☕️5-6:30: Drink service
🍝5:30-6:30: Dinner service
🫧6:30-7: Cleanup and tear down

You are welcome to come and go at any time throughout the night, and we’ll help find a role for you that fits. If you’re interested in learning more, fill out the Volunteer Interest Form in our bio and one of our volunteer coordinators will reach out to you. See you soon!!
