The pics are in 📸🏓☔ and our first Wine Down Wednesday of the summer was one for the books!

Even with the rainy weather forcing us indoors, our Pickleball Tournament still brought together an incredible crowd of young adults for competition, conversation, laughter, and community. Thank you to everyone who showed up, embraced the change of plans, and helped make the night such a fun kickoff to the season.

Next up: our World Cup Watch Party next Wednesday with young adults from Saint Clement and Our Lady of Mercy! 🌎⚽ Expect drinks, light bites, soccer bingo, and another great summer night together. Be sure to sign up—we can’t wait to see you there!

Happy Feast of Saint Barnabas!

Known as “Son of Encouragement,” St. Barnabas was a true missionary at heart—faithful, generous, and bold in sharing the Gospel. He journeyed alongside St. Paul, lifting others up and spreading the Good News with joy.

May we follow his example by encouraging one another in faith, building up the Church, and living as joyful disciples!

On June 11, Catholics across the country will unite in devotion as the United States is consecrated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception ❤️

At Saint Clement, we joyfully join in this sacred moment, turning to the Heart of Christ as our source of hope, mercy, and unfailing love. May His Sacred Heart teach us to love more deeply, welcome more freely, and carry His compassion into the world.

At Saint Clement, we believe faith should be put into action. Through Clement Commits, our parish donates 10% of Sunday collections each year to support organizations making a difference locally and around the world. Since 2003, this program has been a tangible expression of our commitment to stewardship and sharing our gifts beyond our parish walls. Over the coming weeks, we'll be highlighting some of the incredible organizations supported through Clement Commits—starting with Alpha Illinois, which received a $10,000 grant to help more people encounter Jesus Christ through Alpha programs across Chicago and Illinois. 💛

One of the best ways to build community is by helping create it. We're looking for volunteers to help welcome parishioners and guests at our after-Mass socials, Wine Down Wednesday gatherings, and Theology on Tap speaker series. Whether you're serving food and drinks, helping with check-in, or simply offering a warm welcome, your presence can make a big difference.

We’re kicking things off tomorrow with a Pickleball Tournament 🏓 Open to all skill levels with casual games, free play, lawn games, and plenty of space to simply hang out and connect. Please note this event is for those 18+.
