HISTORY
Myanmar Catholic Community was first formed 10 years ago. On 28th January 1998, with the cooperation of the Pastor for Migrant workers in Singapore Fr Andy Altamirano, Myanmar Catholics in Singapore successfully organized a Myanmar Mass at the St Michael Church, Serangoon Road. From then on Myanmar Catholics met once a month for Myanmar Mass on every 2nd Sunday of the month by favour of Fr. Joseph Jeannequin and Fr. Louis Loiseau until arrival of Myanmar Priest Fr Peter Paul in December 2006. Since arrival of Fr Peter Paul, Myanmar Catholics meet twice a month to celebrate Mass on 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month.
