CLUSTER 2 Crowned Champion at ANCOP Olympics 2026 Basketball Tournament

SINGAPORE, August 30, 2026 — Cluster 2 (CL2) emerged as the champion of the ANCOP Olympics 2026 Basketball Tournament, capturing the top prize in an exciting showcase of teamwork, sportsmanship, and brotherhood at St. Andrew’s Secondary School in Singapore.

Organized under the ANCOP Olympics 2026 banner, the basketball competition brought together teams representing different CFC Singapore clusters in a spirited battle on the court. Beyond the competition, the event reflected the spirit of unity embodied by the tournament’s message: “One Team. One Mission. One Victory.”

After a competitive series of games, Cluster 2 finished on top to claim the Championship, while Cluster 1 secured the 1st Runner-up position. Cluster 3 completed the podium as 2nd Runner-up.

The tournament also highlighted five players who distinguished themselves through their scoring, defense, rebounding, and all-around contributions.

Bradley Yalung of Cluster 2 earned a place in the Mythical 5, averaging 11.0 points per game across three games while shooting a perfect 100% from the field, including 100% from three-point range. His performance, particularly as a key player in the Finals, made him one of the tournament's standout performers.

Donni Garcia of Cluster 3 led the Mythical 5 in scoring average at 12.0 points per game, maintaining a remarkable 100% shooting mark (10-of-10) over two games.

Joining them was Marco Garcia, also from Cluster 3, who averaged 10.5 points per game and contributed seven total steals, establishing himself as one of the strongest defensive players in the group.

Jundeb Andre Esquivel of Cluster 1 provided an important all-around contribution, averaging 7.3 points per game while collecting seven rebounds. His consistency on both the scoring and rebounding fronts made him a valuable contributor to Cluster 1's run to the runner-up position.

Completing the Mythical 5 was Hans Frederick Carbonilla of Cluster 1, who averaged 6.3 points per game and recorded four rebounds and four steals, earning recognition as a dependable two-way player.

🌟 Celebrating More Than Basketball

The ANCOP Olympics 2026 basketball tournament was more than a contest for trophies. It provided an opportunity for participants to strengthen relationships, demonstrate teamwork, and celebrate the values of community and service.

With Cluster 2 taking the championship, Cluster 1 finishing as 1st Runner-up, and Cluster 3 claiming 2nd Runner-up, the tournament showcased the competitive spirit and camaraderie of the CFC Singapore community.

ANCOP Olympics 2026: CFC Singapore Brings Golfers Together for Charity, Fellowship and Mission

JOHOR BAHRU, Malaysia — August 2026 — The ANCOP Olympics 2026 brought together members and friends of Couples for Christ (CFC) Singapore for two Saturdays of golf, fellowship and charitable giving at Daiman 18 Golf in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Held on August 15 and August 22, 2026, the charity golf event carried the rallying theme “One Team. One Mission. One Victory.” More than a sporting competition, the tournament aimed to unite participants in support of ANCOP’s mission of bringing hope and assistance to communities and families in need.

The scenic Daiman 18 Golf course provided the setting for 18 holes of friendly competition, networking and fellowship. Golfers had the opportunity to enjoy the game while strengthening relationships with fellow CFC members and supporters and contributing to a meaningful cause.

Tee Up for a Cause

The ANCOP Olympics 2026 highlighted the message “Tee Up for a Cause — Support lives. Build communities. Create lasting change.” Through the event, every round, swing and putt became part of a larger effort to support charitable initiatives and help improve the lives of the poor.

Participants also competed for individual and team honours, with hole-in-one prizes adding excitement to the tournament.

The competition produced several notable performances. Romel Tito, who carded an impressive 81, emerged as the Individual Champion. Frank Abat, meanwhile, was recognised as the Team Champion, as indicated in the tournament results.

Other participants also delivered strong performances, with the teams recording scores ranging from 198 to 247. The tournament reflected not only the competitive spirit of the golfers but also the camaraderie and sportsmanship that defined the event.

More Than a Golf Tournament

For CFC Singapore, the ANCOP Olympics 2026 was ultimately about much more than scores and trophies. It was an opportunity for the community to come together in fellowship while keeping the needs of others at the heart of the celebration.

The event brought together sport, friendship and mission in one gathering — reminding participants that victory is most meaningful when it is shared with others and used to make a difference.

As the ANCOP Olympics 2026 slogan declared: “One Team. One Mission. One Victory.”

And at Daiman 18, that victory extended beyond the golf course — becoming a celebration of unity, generosity and a shared commitment to support lives, build communities and create lasting change.

ANCOP Olympics 2026 Bowling Event: Strikes, Sportsmanship and Fellowship.

The ANCOP Olympics 2026 Bowling Event brought together participants from the different clusters for an exciting day of friendly competition, fellowship, and faith. More than just a contest of skill, the event reflected the spirit of unity, teamwork, and Christian sportsmanship as players encouraged one another on every frame.

The tournament featured outstanding performances in both the Men’s and Women’s Individual categories, followed by highly competitive team matches and the Overall Championship.
