The hardest parts of Catholic leadership are often not the tasks, but the relationships and conversations we have.
Sometimes, we avoid difficult conversations because they are awkward or uncomfortable. But silence can slowly shape culture in ways we never intended. Over time, what is left unspoken can erode trust, accountability and openness within a community.
Good leadership often requires the courage to enter into conversations we would rather avoid.
How can we grow in having conversations that speak truthfully, hold one another accountable, and foster greater understanding, collaboration, and unity in mission?
