This 10-week programme is designed for Catholics who have drifted away, are seeking meaning, or are longing for a place to reconnect and belong. Through personal sharing, reflection, and honest conversations, participants journey together in a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment.

When β€œLittle Things” Hurt
Understanding Small β€œt” Trauma in Young People

When we think about trauma, we often imagine major events such as accidents, abuse, or disasters. Yet many children and adolescents carry wounds shaped by quieter, repeated experiences β€” ongoing criticism, emotional neglect, family conflict, or feeling persistently unseen or unsafe.

Join Dr Yvonne Lek for an engaging and insightful talk on the impact of β€œsmall t” trauma in young people. This session will help parents, caregivers, educators, and ministry volunteers better recognise the signs of emotional distress and understand how supportive relationships can foster healing and resilience.

πŸ•’ Time: 7.30pm – 9.30pm
