Last week a group of Christians took the Kingdom at Work Profile, and one thing kept coming up again and again.
They scored highest on things like integrity, faithfulness and serving quietly in the background. People who turn up, keep their word and do the right thing when nobodyโs watching.
But the area most of them needed to grow in was trust over worry. Rest, Sabbath and joy werenโt far behind.
I donโt think thatโs a coincidence. A lot of us carry our work faithfully but also carry it home with us, and somewhere along the way we stop switching off and start running on empty.
If that sounds a bit familiar, youโre not on your own, and Iโd love you to take the profile yourself. Itโs free, takes about 12 minutes, and draws on the Sermon on the Mount, the fruit of the Spirit and the gifts. Youโll get your own results straight away, plus a copy by email.
It isnโt a test of how good a Christian you are. Itโs more like a mirror, to help you see how God has wired you for your workplace and where He might be inviting you to grow.
