Here's the reflection for the week:

💭 Where have you limited your expectations of the Spirit’s work? Ask God to expand your vision of who the Spirit is working through and the God who is making all things new.

💭 The promise of the Spirit is for you and for all who are far off. Who in your life has not yet called on the name of the Lord? Pray for them this week, and ask the Spirit to use you in drawing them into GOd’s story.

Here's the reflection for the week:

💭 Have you experienced the Holy Spirit’s power and presence in your life? Has this enabled you to be bold in proclaiming the wonders of God and not fear rejection from others?

💭 How might God be inviting you today to use your voice as a part of the global church propelling the gospel forward on mission?

Here's the reflection for the week:

💭 Where in your life are you tempted to use power for control or self-advancement -- and what would it look like for the peace of Christ to rule there instead, reshaping the way you treat and serve others?

💭 Paul asks the Colossians to pray that “God may open a door for our message.” Who in your life is God opening a door toward, and have you been praying for opportunities to speak about Christ with them?

Here's the reflection for the week:

💭 Which rival gospel do you find most convincing on your worst days? Pray that God would expose the hollow promises of stories you are tempted to live by.

💭 When have you recently seen the resurrection life of Christ in your life? Pray that God would help you to live in Christ, rooted and built up in him.

Learning a new language requires so much courage and humility! As our ESL classes wrap up for another season, a huge 'thank you' goes out to our teachers for creating such a safe and welcoming space for language and culture learning.

I'm sure there's a forgotten parable somewhere in history... the Kingdom of God is like a great ESL conversation table... 🥰

*Need a space to practice English and brave enough to explore the bible?* Our International Bible study continues online, Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings until the end of June.

*Looking for a meaningful way to serve those new to Toronto?* Volunteer with us in the fall!

ESL classes start up again in September.
Keep an eye on our website for the date.
DM us if you're interested in volunteering!
Tell all your friends!!!!

Here's the reflection for the week:

💭 In what ways might you be holding onto a distorted picture of God, and how could looking more closely at Jesus begin to reshape that?

💭 Where in your life right now do things feel most fragmented or under pressure -- and what practical steps could you take this week to bring that area consciously under Christ’s rule?
