As part of Every Nation Global's Mission 2029 initiative, we have "adopted" Iceland as a Canada-wide focus for prayer and mission 🇮🇸

We are believing that, in the year ahead, a team from our own church will be sent to support and strengthen the work happening on the ground there.

In the time being, please continue to pray with us for Iceland 🙏

“I think sometimes when we hear the word belief today, we just assume it’s just mental or intellectual agreement. But I think belief here goes way beyond just subscribing to certain things that we should know is true about God. The sense of this belief, this word, is to roll your weight onto something, to transfer your weight. We would call that trust.

And we do this every single day of our lives. In fact, you are demonstrating to me right now your trust in the chair that you’re sitting on. You don’t understand fully how it all works. You don’t understand. You’re not a mechanic or an engineer and fully understand all these things, but we display trust every day.

But maybe there’s pockets of your life, areas of your life where you are hesitant to trust the Lord fully. You are hesitant to fully sit down and trust him.”

Another school year in the books 🎓

We’re so thankful for all God has done through Every Nation Campus across the GTA:
📍300+ students outreached
📍70+ students in regular contact
📍20+ regular attendees of ENC events
📍Gained official club status at Seneca

Beyond the stats, we witnessed:
✨ New students find christian community
✨ Students remain committed to Jesus through the pressures of school and life
✨ Growth in boldness: students sharing testimonies and inviting friends

Thank you to every student, leader, and supporter who made this year possible. We’re expectant for what God will do next 🙌 The journey’s just begun!

A Prayer for Mother’s Day 🙏 💐

On this Mother's Day, we thank you for the gift of motherhood and the countless ways moms love, nurture, and care for their children. We celebrate the selfless devotion, the late nights and early mornings, the sacrifices made, and the unwavering support that mothers provide.

Yet, we also acknowledge that this day can be difficult for many. We pray for those who are mothering alone, those who are struggling to conceive, and those who have experienced loss. We also pray for those who have complicated relationships with their mothers or children, are far from them, and for those seeking reconciliation and healing. Be present with those who feel the sting of grief, the ache of longing, or the weight of struggle.

As we celebrate motherhood today, acknowledging the complexities and challenges many face, may your love and grace be our comfort, hope, and guide.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

This Sunday, we take a break from our current series and welcome guest speaker, Raul Ortiz!

Raul is an Every Nation pastor and campus minister based in Los Angeles. He came to faith at UCLA through Every Nation Campus and has served in ministry for over 20 years, including roles as a campus missionary, youth pastor, and West Coast regional director for ENC.

Raul currently serves as a pastor and elder at Renew Church LA, leading Next Gen ministries, and continues to reach UCLA as a campus director. He also serves as chaplain for the Pepperdine University men’s basketball team. He and his wife Kim have been married since 2000 and have two sons.

Join us this Sunday as we hear a special word from Raul!
