*DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW - PRE-2026AGM*

The following Panorama Masjid PMCT documents will be uploaded and available on the Masjid’s website: www.panoramamasjid.co.za, by Friday 5 June 2026.

▪️Minutes of the PMCT Panorama Masjid 2025 AGM.

▪️The Chairman’s Report as well as the individual reports of the various sub-committees.

▪️The up-to-date Trust Deed Document.

The PMCT 2026 Annual Financial Statements will be made available when these become available from the Auditors.

The Minutes of the 2025 AGM will not be read out, line by line, during the 2026 AGM.

It is expected that attendees would have read the Minutes of the 2025 AGM and would have reviewed the 2026 Annual Financial Statements (AFS), well before the 2026 AGM, so that queries may be sent to the Executive Committee for review, timeously.

Any specific queries, queries and items for discussion relating to the 2025 Minutes and queries relating to the 2026 AFS, are to be emailed to the Chairman and Secretary at [email protected] by 12h00 Sunday 14 June 2026, and these will be addressed under Matters Arising & Queries during the AGM.

The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Masjid Al Tūbā (Parow Muslim Community Trust) is an added opportunity for the community to discuss all matters relating to the Masjid, and your attendance will be highly appreciated.

The documents listed above will be uploaded on the Masjid’s website by Friday, 5 June 2026, the Agenda of the 2026 AGM shortly thereafter, and the 2026 AFS as soon as these are made available by the Auditors.

🥘Alhamdullilah our Outreach team and Ansaar Brothers group were hard at work the night before Eid Cooking for the Needy.

🍲Those who attended Shared in the Barakah of the making of 5 Pots of food Alhamdullilah.

☕️There was definitely some Braai & Chai for the gees! May Allah SWT accept from them and all those who contributed Inshallah 🤲

▪️🌳The Eid Program & Salaah will be conducted outside, with the tree near the Masjid Entrance gate serving as the Mihrab & Mimbar area.

▪️ ⛔🚗To maximize Salaah space, no vehicles will be allowed to park within the Masjid grounds.

▪️ 🕌 Those who choose to be seated inside the Masjid and Multi-purpose Centre, may do so.

▪️ ⏰ 🌳🧎🏽‍♂️ *Please arrive early and bring a musallaah and a jacket.*

To alleviate Parking issues we kindly request all attendees to please consider Car Pooling and parking with due consideration for the Neighbours.

🕋 *THUL HIJJA 1447*
*TAKBIRĀT of TASHRĪQ*

*Eid ul Adha* will be observed *on Thurs. 28 May '26* , in South Africa, Insha-Allah.

It is *Wajib* _(compulsory)_ to recite aloud the Takbīr e Tashrīq _(once only)_ after every Fardh Salaah.

✅Commence at Fajr of 9 Thul Hijjah *(Wed, 27 May '26)* and ends at Asr on 13 Thul Hijjah *(Sat, 31 May '26),* performed with Jamaat or individually.

*🎙️_Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Laa ilaaha illallaahu Wallaahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar Walillaahil Hamd._*

Since sending out our message yesterday, the response has been phenomenal.

📈🎯 *The COST of ALL 5 POTS are now Covered.* Alhamdulillah.🤲🏽

We do not want to collect more than we need as we don't want to carry a balance over to the next fundraiser.

*We aim to fulfill the Niyyah of the Donors as soon as possible, Insha-Allah.*
