Whether you are exploring faith or looking for a church home, you are welcome at St James just as you are.

At St James we don’t want anyone to slip through the cracks, so if Sunday will be your first visit or if you have been visiting with us but feel like there is still more you'd like to know, we'd love you to come to our CONNECT Tea after one of our services on Sunday, 13 September.

You'll get to meet some of our church family, and we'll give you a campus tour so you can feel more at home. There will also be the chance to think about what next step might be right for you.

If you are a regular and have been planning to invite someone to church, why not do that this Sunday and bring them along to the CONNECT Tea too.

Over the years Griefshare at St James has been a comforting space helping many through their grief journey. While everyone’s response to loss is unique, when facing loss and grief we all will experience many of the same challenges. If you have experienced loss through the death of a loved one, consider joining the next Griefshare support group for their 13-week sessions, starting 5 September.

A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way. The weekly GriefShare topics address these common struggles—providing valuable tips, encouragement, and direction.
