Youth Day

As we remember Youth Day, we are reminded that young people are not only the church of tomorrow, they are part of the church today.

We believe God is raising up a generation who know His voice, follow Jesus with courage, and live with purpose in their homes, schools, friendships, and communities.

May we be a church that makes room for them, disciples them, prays for them, and walks alongside them.

In our English morning services, Luke unpacked the message to the church in Philadelphia from Revelation 3, reminding us that Jesus holds the Key of David - the One who opens doors that no one can shut and closes doors that no one can open. We were encouraged to remain faithful, persevere in obedience, and hold fast to what God has entrusted to us.

In the Afrikaans and evening services, Eddie continued with Die Sleutel van Dawid, calling us to keep God’s assignment, endure with faith, and not grow weary. We were reminded that God’s discipline is not rejection but love, and that His correction is always aimed at restoration and maturity.

Across all three services, we were challenged to keep our eyes on Jesus and not be luke warm, trust His authority, and remain steadfast in the race He has set before us. Even when our strength feels small, He is faithful to complete what He has begun.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We loved worshipping, praying, and growing together as a church family.
