Mental health is part of community health. 💚

On World Mental Health Day, we recognize the importance of creating communities where everyone has access to the support, resources, and connections they need to thrive.

Whether it’s checking in on a neighbor, supporting local organizations providing critical services, or simply making space for an honest conversation, we all have a role to play in building a community where no one has to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Today and every day, let’s continue working toward a Central Massachusetts where mental health and well-being are supported, valued, and accessible to all.
