The Melkite Church is one of the Eastern Catholic Churches in communion with the Roman Catholic Church. Founded in 1923, we are a welcoming and cozy parish that invites all people to our church, Byza

ntines and non-Byzantines, Melkites and non-Melkites, to come worship with us. A coffee hour is served after every Sunday liturgy when we enjoy fellowship with one another. To Melkites we say, 'Come home!' To Byzantines we say, 'Feel at home!' And to others we say, 'Make us your home!’

After the Mass for Life and St. Paul's Cathedral last Wednesday, 7th & 8th grade students, their teachers and Fr. Richard Polek, Headmaster from St. Joseph School in Webster came to OLPH to experience the Melkite Catholic Church. The group was treated to a pizza luncheon, followed by an interactive talk with Fr. Bryan in the church.
