One pastor shared the story of Alberta, who, after losing her husband, sat in church each Sunday, silent. She knew the hymns, but couldn't bring herself to sing words she no longer felt. It's in these moments of profound doubt that the need for shared faith becomes most clear.

There are moments in life when fear, worry, grief, or anger leave us paralyzed. We feel unable to move forward, questioning our faith and our ability to carry on. If you're lying on a mat of stillness, feeling like your life lacks movement and depends on others, know this: your identity is not your condition. You can regain control.

It's intriguing how sometimes actions are not about managing the crowd, but about allowing it. He didn't yell, didn't stop them, didn't try to control the overflow or regulate the crowd. It makes you wonder: when your own 'overflow' happens, are you truly prepared to handle it?
