New Life Church (NLC) was launched in 1999 by Pastor Dan Backens and Pastor Kevin Turpin in Virginia Beach. The vision for New Life was to establish a multi-ethnic congregation in Hampton Roads. NLC is now a growing multi-site congregation with its campuses in Norfolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, Virginia.
