Our students have been hard at work in First Century Jerusalem this week… Vacation Bible School has been all-time, thanks to many of our high schoolers responsible for setting up and leading our Adventure in Acts!

The Holy Spirit was moving during our outreach trip to the Boys Home of Virginia. We started as two groups and ended as family. Revival broke out in all of our hearts as people experienced God in powerful ways that will forever change some of our lives. His@presence was tangibly felt! It was last ride and there was absolutely no better way to go out. Our goal was to give the Boys Home the best week of the summer, we did that and so much more. Well done Galilee students. We are beyond proud of every single one of you. Comment your favorite story! Love y’all.

Set your alarms for 5:30am! We are having a beach baptism with a group of students being baptized at 6:00 am tomorrow morning on 40th street. I know you are thinking that is too early, but it is totally worth it. Plus, you can go take a nap afterwards. See you tomorrow morning.

Pray for Ukraine and all those suffering there. Pray for a brother or sister in Christ when tragedy strikes. Celebrate with those where good things have happened. Because we are the Church, one body with many members all over the world.

This verse is so freeing! We should care very little what the “court” of social media, friends, popularity, intelligence, or money says about us. Instead be faithful in loving God and others, for Jesus is the true judge. The rest are imposters. Someone needs to hear this today! Someone who feels like they always need to impress others, always feeling judged, or insecure in who they are. Maybe they are feeling different than everyone else. Send that verse to someone who needs to hear that today. If it is you, put that verse somewhere you see it everyday so you don’t forget who the true judge is.

Don’t miss out all high school students including rising 9th graders. We are going to have a blast as we wake board, wake surf, tube, and more. I have hot dogs and hamburgers. Come hangout and catch up...Meet at Galilee around 4:30 and we will head to the beach after some food. Pick up is back at Galilee around 6:30.

We are collecting food today for the Easter Shore Chapel food bank! Drop off your canned and dried goods anytime today for us to deliver to the food bank. These supplies are in dire need as many are going without food. If you don’t know what to bring text Marty (757) 334-4902. Look for more info to come about a family service project.
