“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.” — Isaiah 40:31

There is a strength that comes not from striving, but from abiding. Not from having all the answers, but from trusting the One who does. As we wait on the Lord, He meets us with grace, renews our hearts, and reminds us that He is faithful.

Join us this morning at 10:00 at Soma as we worship together and fix our eyes on Christ.

What if we started a revolution? Not of anger, but of LOVE. A revolution of mercy and grace so loud that heaven celebrates and hell trembles.

The early church exploded from 5,000 to 33 million followers in just 310 years. Why? Because they were rooted in love. They gave to those who had nothing. They fasted so others could eat. They loved their enemies and welcomed strangers as family. The world had never seen anything like it.

Jesus gave us one command: “Love one another as I have loved you. By this everyone will know you are my disciples” (John 13:34–35). When we grasp how high, how wide, and how deep His love is for us, it compels us to see differently, serve willingly, and sacrifice freely. Every person you meet is worth Jesus to God.

What if we stopped waiting for “someday” and started TODAY? What if we let God light a fire in our hearts that transforms our community? Church, this is the day the Lord has made. Let’s be dangerous with our faith.

To be rooted in the love of God is to find a foundation that doesn’t shift with circumstances, fear, or failure. His love holds us steady, strengthens our faith, and reminds us who we are in Christ.

Join us this morning at 10am at Soma as we open God’s Word together and grow deeper roots in Him. We’d love to worship with you.

“From everlasting to everlasting, You are God.”
— Psalm 90:2

This morning we gather to worship the God who never changes, never fails, and reigns forever. In a world that feels uncertain and constantly shifting, what a gift it is to know that our hope is anchored in the everlasting God.

If you’re weary, searching, or simply needing to be reminded of His faithfulness, we’d love for you to join us this morning at 10am at Soma Church.

Have you ever witnessed something so breathtaking that you couldn’t help but respond? This week we explored the Transfiguration in Mark 9:2–8, where Peter, James, and John saw Jesus revealed in His glory, radiant, brilliant, standing with Moses and Elijah. It was a moment that demanded a response. And it still does.

We respond to everything else in life, our phones, our schedules, our fears, our desires, but how are we responding to Jesus? He isn’t merely a good teacher or wise man. He is Lord.

Maybe today is your day to respond in faith, repentance, obedience, or surrender. Maybe it’s the day you finally say, “Yes, Lord. I’m Yours.”
There is no passivity in the kingdom. The glory of God calls for a response.

Last night we kicked off Contagious Christian with Dave Martin, talking about the fears and hesitations so many of us feel when it comes to sharing our faith. Dave encouraged us with the reminder that God never calls us to do it alone. Just like He reminded Moses, He gives us His presence, His power, and His plan.

If you’ve ever wanted to grow in confidence and learn practical ways to talk about Jesus in everyday life, there’s still time to join us. We’d love to see you next Tuesday at 6:30pm!

Thank you to all the moms who celebrated Mother’s Day with us at Soma this weekend 💐

We’re so grateful for the way you faithfully love, serve, encourage, and care for your families. So much of what you do happens in unseen moments, but it matters deeply, and we thank God for the impact you’re making in the lives around you.

It was a joy to celebrate and honor you this Sunday. We love you and are thankful for you!

There’s no one like our God! Holy, faithful, powerful, and worthy of all our praise. This morning we gather to lift high the name of Jesus and remember that every breath we have is a gift from Him.

Join us this morning at 10am as we worship together, open God’s Word, and celebrate the greatness of our King. We’d love to see you at Soma Church.

The most loving thing we can say to someone isn’t, “You’re fine the way you are,” it’s, “You’re broken, and you need a Savior.”

This past Sunday, we heard Haley’s powerful story of how her mentor, Stephanie, spoke truth in love at a church camp when Haley was 16. Stephanie didn’t sugarcoat the gospel. She simply shared the truth Haley’s heart needed to hear. That honest and compassionate conversation became a turning point in her life.

But the story didn’t end there. Stephanie continued walking alongside Haley afterward, meeting for coffee, reading Scripture together, and investing in her spiritual growth. That’s what true evangelism looks like: not only pointing people to Jesus, but showing them what it looks like to follow Him.

As we wrapped up our 4-week series, The Soul Winning Church, we were reminded that God often uses ordinary people and simple conversations to change lives forever. May we be faithful to speak truth in love, trust the Spirit to move, and boldly share the hope we’ve found in Christ.

When Isaiah saw God’s glory in the throne room, he had only one response: “Here I am, send me!” It wasn’t duty that moved him, it was being undone by God’s beauty and grace.

Often, we hesitate to evangelize because we haven’t fully taken in how beautiful God truly is. But when we encounter His glory and experience His forgiveness in our most broken places, sharing Him becomes a response, not a chore.

This week, position yourself to see His glory. Open His Word. Take a walk and notice His creation. Think about the people in your life who need hope. And when the Spirit prompts you, just say yes. You don’t need all the answers, just share what you’ve seen.

The kingdom doesn’t need more sanctuaries; it needs more people willing to go.

Isaiah 6:8, “Whom shall I send? Who will go for us?”
Will you say, “Here I am, send me”?
