Big Creek Valley Church Historical

Big Creek Valley Church Historical The Historical Big Creek Church is located in Rural Sparta, WI on the corner of County Hwy. BC and Garden Avenue. Each year there are celebrations to attend.

The former Big Creek Church is owned by the Monroe County Historical Society as of 2003. It is maintained by a group of volunteers largely comprised of former church members or their descendants, with the help of tax deductible contributions.

So the tower repairs are completed day 3. You will see some changes. Had to remove the archery over the shutters and trim out in barn red color .The birds were getting in so badly we had to put sceening over the new shutters, which is a plastic whether resistant. Will no longer have replace or bird issues. They highlighted with red trim to make the tower pop out.
When I was taking the photos of birds were really mad because they could not get inside the tower. 😊They’ll have to find a new home.
Phase 2 will be in May. Hopefully weather permitting. Cleaning the roof and painting it and checking for any leaks. They will do flashing around the chimney and repair that too. 😄
