Today we celebrate the birth of Saint John the Baptist! The feast reminds us that God has a purpose for every life, often unfolding in ways we cannot fully understand at first. Like Zechariah, who regained his voice when he trusted God's plan, we are invited to place our confidence in the Lord and allow Him to work through us for His glory.

Take a few minutes today to thank God for the unique mission He has given you. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you recognize one way you can prepare the way for Christ in the life of someone around you through your words, actions, or example.

In today’s gospel, Jesus reminds us that we are deeply known and loved by God, who cares for us even more than the sparrows and knows every hair on our heads. Because of this great love, we need not be afraid to live our faith openly and trust in His providence.

Today we give thanks for the fathers, grandfathers, priests, mentors, and father figures who lead with faith, love, and sacrifice. May God bless them abundantly for the ways they guide, protect, and inspire others!

Phase 1 of our Foretaste of Heaven special initiative updated our sanctuary space to include seating for 20-25 additional people in the chapel, as well as moving our musicians to the back to increase the reverence of our liturgy.

Fr. Mark gained access to laundry facilities outside his apartment, as well as creating two additional offices and a Bible Study room!
