We are excited to announce that Tony DeBlois will be joining us this coming weekend at the Black Hills Spiritual Center for Peace! Tony is blind, autistic, and a prodigious musical savant with a repertoire of over 10,000 songs, and he is not only a remarkable musician but also a deeply kind and inspiring human being. He graduated magna cm laude from Berklee College of Music and has built a career traveling the world and sharing his music.

There will be a potluck following the service. If you’ve been curious about the Center or haven’t yet had the chance to hear Tony perform, this is a perfect opportunity to experience something truly special.

Magic never left.

It didn’t disappear when the world became louder, faster, or more complicated. It simply learned how to whisper instead of shout.

For so many, magic was mistakenly packaged as something rare, dramatic, or “other”—something that belongs only in childhood, myth, or special moments. And so when life asked you to grow up, you thought it asked you to close the door on wonder.

But magic isn’t fireworks. Magic is recognition.

It’s the way light moves across a room when someone speaks truth.

It’s the timing of a song that answers a question you didn’t say out loud.
It’s the feeling you had looking at that image—the sudden remembering that you are part of something vast, intimate, and alive.

Life is still doing magical things constantly.
It just does them softly now.

And here is the beautiful truth:

When a YOU open to magic again, magic rushes toward YOU.
Not because it was absent—but because it was waiting to be noticed.

Spiritual Thought for the Week

Today I recognize the abundance of life.
I animate everything in my experience with this idea.
I remember only the good.
I accept only the good.
I expect only the good.
This is all I experience.
I give thanks that this good is flowing in ever-increasing volume.
I say to my mind, there is good enough to go around.
I do not withhold that good from myself or others, but proclaim that spiritual substance is forever flowing to each and to all as daily supply.
