Trunk or Treat 2026 is a wrap. 🍬 We love partnering with Rose Hill Elementary and creating fun memories for kids and families. Thank you to everyone that set up a trunk, it was a blast!

Pastor Eric encouraged us to reflect on Psalm 123, Psalm 124, and Psalm 125 this week. He also reminded us to be intentional about our perspective and our posture as we ascend this week.

Take a few minutes with each one and ask the Lord what He wants to say to you through it. Let what you read and hear from God, shape what we think, speak, and do this week! 🙏

Meet Ka'Meal. She chose to be baptized on Sunday and boldly shared her story with our church! One thing she shared in her story: "Circumstances don't determine how much He loves me!" 🙏

We can all use that reminder this week. God is present in your highs and lows, and wants to walk this walk with you.

Meet Daniel and Noah. Two brothers, 11 and 12 years old, chose independently, to be baptized on Sunday. After they got baptized, their older sister chose to give her life to Jesus right then and there. 🔥👏

Here is what they shared before being baptized:
Daniel: "Before Jesus I felt empty. I felt like I couldn't connect with anybody. After Jesus, I feel closer with the community at church. As soon as I stepped in the doors I felt welcomed at church."

Noah: "Before Jesus I would always lie and my life was boring. After following Jesus I lie a lot less and I’ve stopped doing things that keep me away from God."

Thank you Jesus for a group of siblings that now know You, chose You, and will continue to make an impact around them.

Meet Seraphim. She is 9 years old and chose to be baptized, with her dad leading her. 💙

This is what she shared with us on Sunday morning. "Before Jesus I was not quite sure about myself. After Jesus I realized what He did for us. Believing Jesus is the right thing to do. I want world peace and I want to make the world a better place. I don't think I could do this without God, but I know anything is possible with the help of God or when He guides us."

Praise God, there is no age restriction in His kingdom!

oH Family! What a great morning. We started a new sermon series, "Psalms of Ascent: We're Going Up!" ⬆⬆⬆⬆
Pastor Eric invited us to read Psalm 120, 121, and 122 each day this week. Let's meditate on the scripture, talk to God about it, and then respond to His voice. We are believing that God will move in our lives through a simple act of obedience.

This Sunday was very special. Minister Edwards gave the word, while his son Anthony Edwards was able to pray over him before preaching.

Thank you, Minister Edwards for bringing the word from Ephesians 3:14-21.

Here’s what he reminded us of: God wants to dwell in our hearts! He wants every room in the house to be open. God already knows what’s behind every door that we try to hide. Invite him into every room and he will transform the house into a home. What room do you need to invite God into?
