Today is Election Day! Polls are open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Confirm the location of your precinct before going to vote by visiting www.elections.virginia.gov/casting-a-ballot/polling-place-lookup/. The Registrar’s Office is not an in-person polling location on Election Day. For this election only, those who usually vote at Great Bridge Baptist Church (Precinct 36) will vote at Great Bridge Middle School (Precinct 63). Don’t forget to bring a valid ID. Because this is a dual primary, voters must choose only one ballot on which to vote but can choose either one, regardless of their political affiliation. The deadline to register to vote by mail for the August 4 Dual Primary Election is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24. Any registered voter can apply to vote by mail.
